I was pleased with  the direct discussion of the work to be done. I was also pleased with the arranging of dates to perform the work which suited my needs (and urgency). During installation Rhys found a problem which he immediately brought to my attention. The resolution was that the manufacturer provided a replacement of the window they made an error on and this was fitted quickly.
